Moisture or liquid damage -💦😱 We can quickly determine if your iPhone -ipad has been exposed to liquid. If your device has been in the , , or has been subjected to a significant amount of liquid, then your iPhone -ipad is defective. The same applies to moisture damage. If you have been using your iPad with a broken screen for an extended period, moisture may have seeped in behind the electronics, rendering it defective.


Software issues -💻🔧 Software issues can manifest in various ways. Here are some examples of software damage you may encounter: inability to reset the device, inability to remember Apple ID (if you can't remember your Apple ID, we require additional documentation to confirm ownership), and the device only starting up with the Apple logo.🔄❌🆔

Power On/Off Button Doesn't Work - If your power button doesn't work, it means that your device is worn out. ⌛


🔨 Bent Frame - If the back cover or frame of your device is bent, it is in WORN OUT condition. In some cases, it can be classified as DEFECTIVE because there may be damage to the electronics inside the device.

🔉 Defective Volume Button - The volume button is the one that you use to turn the sound up and down. If it doesn't work or the buttons are hard or very loose, it is considered WORN OUT


📷 Camera is not intact - If your front or back camera doesn't work or if the lens is broken on the back, it means that your device is WORN OUT. Other things can also mean that your camera is defective, such as broken lens, dark spots when held against a white background, not focusing, or not turning on at all. 📸


🔋 Phone -iPad Won't Charge - If your iPhone doesn't respond when you plug it in to charge or charges very slowly, it is also considered as WORN OUT. There may also be other things that can cause your iPhone not to charge or use too much power too quickly, such as a defective battery, needing a new U2 chip, or a defective charging port. 🔌


🎧 Headphone Jack Doesn't Work - If your headphone jack doesn't work when you plug in a set of headphones or something else that uses the jack, it is also considered as WORN OUT. 🔇


📳 Vibrator Doesn't Work - If your vibrator doesn't work when it rings or receives a notification, it is considered as WORN OUT. You can easily check it on an iPhone by turning the MUTE button on and off, and your iPhone should vibrate so you can feel it in your hand. 📳


3- What is Very Good ? - ✨🙂

The device is in great condition with minimal signs of wear, such as light scratches or scuffs.


📱💻 Software must work flawlessly - there should be no errors in the software and it should be able to navigate menus without being slow or crashing.


📱💻 Screen must have few signs of use or appear as new - the screen should not have large scratches or any form of wear, there should be no visible scratches when a screen protector is installed or when held up to light. There should be no scratches or dents from a drop, otherwise the device will be considered WORN.


📱💻 Back must have few signs of use or appear as new - the back must not have marks or scratches that are large, the original color must not be broken so metal can be seen. There should be no scratches that look like they have been polished with sandpaper.


🔋 Power "ON/OFF" button must work - it should turn on every time you press the ON/OFF button, it should be pressable normally without the need for a hard press.


🔑 Home button must be functional - the home button should work every time you press it, without the need for a hard press. It must not be loose or discolored, meaning you should be able to see the little square on the home button. You should be able to use finger-touch to unlock it.
