Ubreak Wefix recommends sending the device as a parcel post, as this partly guarantees that the device is insured during shipping and can also be tracked via Track & Trace. If the device is sent as a regular letter, there is no insurance and no possibility to track the shipment – therefore this is strongly discouraged. NB! DAO does not provide business. We therefore recommend that you use GLS or PostNord in case your package needs to be returned or your device needs to be sent for repair.
– If it is possible to back up your device data, we recommend that you do this before sending the device in for repair.
